Charged double for the app. then the app wouldn't download. Never received confirmation email or activation code. Wouldn't refund my money!
Sent an email to Avanquest and was advised my email couldn't be sent as the address didn't exist! At this point, they still have my money. I'm pissed!

Ordered card software was sent a link to download online
- - Download link wouldn't download.
- - Long wait for support and unresponsive chat; no phone support.
- - Filed a PayPal claim; software was sent after contact.
Ordered software disc was sent a link to download online. Wouldnt download, call customer service waited one hour and 45 listening to piano music gave up and used search.
Chat link didnt hear anything for two days. Filed a claim with PayPal finally got a hold of customer service and was sold. They didnt have a customer service number.
They couldnt help me on the phone download the software they finally sent me after follow claim with PayPal . Stay away from this company.

How do I feel - totally frustrated as I have been disputing and finding fraudulent behavior as well as disputing charges for 3 months. These processes have consumed my life!

I was not aware of an automatic renewal for your product. My records show the original purchase was 5-03-2024, The automatic renewal was 04-28-2025.As soon as I saw the charge on pay-pal on 04-28-2025 I.called pay-pal to inform them I did not want your service.
When I noticed you had shipped the renewal, I deleted it from the computer that still works. The other computer it was on crashed. I dont have a computer to put your product on. Please refund my $45.18,I am on social security.

Resolved: I tried calling Customer Service about FIFTY TIMES and never got through. I am now trying email CS.
I just bought Driver Genius, V 24 Platinum - it cost $34.56 - order ID: UQKYFF58. When I click 'Download', Norton stops it, saying this is a 'malicious site!!' Please help!

I've never heard of them and certainly didn't buy anything from them but they charged my credit card for $97.

Laptop crashed after installing driver update
Driver software installation crashed 2 new laptops,HP & Lenovo, purchased last week.
Software deleted operating system.
I have been liasing with Eugene D from your tech dept to try to resolve the problem.I have photos of the screen prompt stating the operating system to be reloaded.
This issue has cost me over a week of my time

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I bought a Driver Updater program, not knowing that it was affiliated with Avanquest.
In no place did it mention Avanquest. I agreed to pay for the 2 years.When I received the charge from Avanquest there was no mention of the Driver Updater.
I received a refund from AVANQUEST through "paypal.upclick@***.com" for $11.49It did not mention Driver Support One, just Avanquest. Thank you very much for your help and best regards, Karin P.
On May 31, there were 2 refunds of $11.49 each; again, there was no explanation.
There remains $23.01 to be refunded.
I'm sure no lawyer is willing to pursue such a small amount.
It is sad that companies can get away with something like this.
