Ordered Trackoff Software. When downloaded, it would not run on Apple IOS machines. Tried to e-mail for refund and e-mails kept getting bounced back. I think that Avanquest is a fraudulent company and am blocking my charge on American Express. Don't buy from Avanquest

What happened to customer service

There no email or telephone for updating my product took the money but no shipping nothing tried contacting no replay is the company still there. the check the status page is useless can you help,

They took every 4 weeks money from my pay pal scam

avanquest took money from my paypal its a scam and your not able to contact them to sort it they owe me 60 pounds what a scam

Avanquest switched software to Subscrition & Refused a Refund
I ordered inPixio 10 software last year. This week I received notification that my bank account had been debited for the "subscription" for inPixio which I did not authorize. They claimed I had received a notice of the upcoming charge which, on checking my emails, is not accurate. They refused to refund the debit. Their only notice of Subsciption Software on the site is the last item under System Requirements. According to the parent company webpage, they are moving towards subscription with 30% already there. After many years of ordering from Avanquest, I have unsubscribed from their emails and will not purchase additional software from them.

User's recommendation: I no longer recommend Avanquest as a source for software.

I have received a charge of $56.47 on my checking account on May 1st, 2021 from Avanquest and I have no idea what this is for. I seem to be unable to speak to anyone to find out why they charged me. What do I do now?

On May 1st I received a charge of $56.47 on my Paypal account from Avanquest. I tried to find out from Paypal what this was for and was not able to find out that information.

Purchased soffware and code is bad

I was charged for driver update software. I have resigned the company that purchased the software for me. I am not using the software. Please remove the charge from my card.

Very pissed upgrade check designer

Im on day two trying to install it with a computer tech that can't figure it out... their tech who respond the next day only gave me bad information. I Should be reimbursed for the Technicians fee and the 9.99 they charged me to tell me they didn't support an old version and $300 an hour for my time!

I can't reach your server/can't download

The download link for System Suite seemed to work. I downloaded and installed the program, but it seems to be an abbreviated version (or something), is missing features, and doesn't work properly anyway. I paid for a full version. I have submitted several tickets, for further assistance, but the silence has been deafening. The only plus side is that their cost control people have reimbursed the costs of 2 OTHER renewals that I had attempted..... This leaves me then with expenses for one full version, and NO operational program Thanks, Rev. Willans
