On February 21, Avanquest took $49.21 from my debit card. I have no idea who Avanquest is and don't want to know who they are.

I want my money returned to my debit card ending in 6381 ASAP, or I will have my lawyer file a lawsuit ASAP. I don't know who sold you my information, but they too will be sued if my money isn't returned to my account ASAP.

Never received paid for software disk

Paid for print artist gold software on 7 December 2024 and received only download part. I paid for the download plus a copy on an actual disk but have never received the disk.

I realize it had to come from USA to Australia but I think 3 months is just a ridiculous wait and I still haven't received it. I have tried contacting them 4 times now - one only reply telling me to contact another department which I did, but have not had one reply from them. I would not recommend buying directly from this company to my worst enemy.

Charged me for nothing

avanquest customer support ran down the problem and i am embarrassed and humbled to report it was all due to my inability to type accurately -- i mistyped my email address which prevented their system from notifying me of the impending charge and tied their hands trying to figure out what happened -- i took the refund they offered, doubled it, and donated it to the local animal shelter -- avanquest is a stand up company -- 5 stars all the way

Failure to provide valid security code

BAD! They provided 3 alternate sites to me but none of them work without a security code. The security code provided is always reported as INCALID.

Avanquest response said they did not have information to FIX my problem and referred me to 3 alternate address for me to contact. However, I cannot communicate with any of these as Avanquest has not provided me a proper security code to transmit my information.

I have ask a couple times and had been referred to 2 codes but neither of them work.

Ignored me since. Theyve stolen 41.29 and no product.

To date i have received nothing. My order is UQM8QMSF. i tried contacting by email and was told a refund was issued on 12/15. I have not received a refund or explanation.

HELP. I ordered in good faith.

They REFUSE to answer their phones. Theyve done NOTHING TO HELP.

Print Artist 25 platinum won't connect to the internet
