On August 1, 2026 my visa was debited $692.46 by avnqst.com I have no idea to this date what this amount of money was for. I had never heard of Avanquest until I searched it online and found your web page.
It states right there that you have customer compaints about false payments and charges.
Please review your accountant's records for August 1st and reimburse the funds you took from my visa.
As a senior on a fixed income these kinds of errors can be devastating when bills must be paid and you are short $692.46
Thank you for your attention to this imprtant matter.

Never received paid for software disk
- - Paid for print artist gold software; only download arrived.
- - Disk copy paid for but never received.
- - Ship from USA to Australia took about 3 months.
Paid for print artist gold software on 7 December 2024 and received only download part. I paid for the download plus a copy on an actual disk but have never received the disk.
I realize it had to come from *** to *** but I think 3 months is just a ridiculous wait and I still haven't received it. I have tried contacting them 4 times now - one only reply telling me to contact another department which I did, but have not had one reply from them. I would not recommend buying directly from this company to my worst enemy.
