On February 21, Avanquest took $49.21 from my debit card. I have no idea who Avanquest is and don't want to know who they are.
I want my money returned to my debit card ending in 6381 ASAP, or I will have my lawyer file a lawsuit ASAP. I don't know who sold you my information, but they too will be sued if my money isn't returned to my account ASAP.

Never received paid for software disk
- - Paid for print artist gold software; only download arrived.
- - Disk copy paid for but never received.
- - Ship from USA to Australia took about 3 months.
Paid for print artist gold software on 7 December 2024 and received only download part. I paid for the download plus a copy on an actual disk but have never received the disk.
I realize it had to come from *** to *** but I think 3 months is just a ridiculous wait and I still haven't received it. I have tried contacting them 4 times now - one only reply telling me to contact another department which I did, but have not had one reply from them. I would not recommend buying directly from this company to my worst enemy.

Software question
I was charged two times for two different amounts from this company, and I do not know why because I did not order anything from them. All of their phone lines go immediately to a busy signal, so I cannot get in touch with them. I need answers!

Do not buy from this company. They do not respond or ship what you order.
Say sent to other department. Then nothing.

Charged for non wanted items
- - Pushy consultant accessed my computer and charged $174 for unwanted software; do not let them log in.
- - Refund via PayPal requested, no action yet.
Never ever again.
I wanted to buy Acrobat reader. Consultant was very pushy to access my computer.
When he finished I got a bill for $174, for a full suite of software I did not want.
When I rang, the operator had very poor English. I explained that I wanted a part refund, difference between Acrobat reader and the other stuff.
This morning I got a bright and breezy email about how wonderful the software is.
I have requested a refund via Paypal butDon't touch them so far no action. Don't go near these turkeys and DON"T let them log into your computer.
