I've bought software packages from Avanquest a number of times previously. I have now decided that it is a waste of time trying to buy software advertised in emails from them.
I have tried to and (because I needed to check re P&P to the UK) I phoned the US number in the email - very expensive from UK. However, but no-one answered, despite me waiting 30 mins. Got the ubiquitous "sorry you are waiting . .
.". I emailed complaining about this but got no reply. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have therefore unsubscribed from their emails. From my personal experience Avanquest are very keen to sell but they don't bother answering the phone or replying to emails.
