The difficulties may be that Avanquest is based in USA does business in Britain seemingly through Malta and deals with enquiries in USA

I don't uderstand why they didn't give me a refund when I requested it within 4 days. Their terms and conditions say I can cancel within 4 days without explanation.

They said they did not recognise my order so I sent the receipt. They then sent another message asking me to get in touch by phone (from GB to USA?)

Called. Emailed texted.

They told me i received a refund back in December. No refund received.

Ignored me since. Theyve stolen 41.29 and no product.

I ordered hallmark 26 on November 5th. 41.29 was taken out on November 6th.

To date i have received nothing. My order is UQM8QMSF. i tried contacting by email and was told a refund was issued on 12/15. I have not received a refund or explanation.

HELP. I ordered in good faith.

They REFUSE to answer their phones. Theyve done NOTHING TO HELP.

Print Artist 25 platinum won't connect to the internet

The program won't connect to the internet, although the computer and other programs connect on the computer function correctly. We restarted with no effect.

We ultimately deleted the program and bought a new copy. After the install of the new copy, we again got a message that Print Artist wasn't connected to the internet.

i found out that was the name of the company they use for credit card purchases. check it out with your bank first before you make a fool of yourself.

Won't print checks

Ordered card software was sent a link to download online

Chat link didnt hear anything for two days. Filed a claim with PayPal finally got a hold of customer service and was sold. They didnt have a customer service number.

They couldnt help me on the phone download the software they finally sent me after follow claim with PayPal . Stay away from this company.

Charges for services I never asked for. Except for your name I know nothing about your company except ehst I read on your website. I would not need or use your services.

How do I feel - totally frustrated as I have been disputing and finding fraudulent behavior as well as disputing charges for 3 months. These processes have consumed my life!

Refund of unwanted purchase

I was not aware of an automatic renewal for your product. My records show the original purchase was 5-03-2024, The automatic renewal was 04-28-2025.As soon as I saw the charge on pay-pal on 04-28-2025 I.called pay-pal to inform them I did not want your service.

When I noticed you had shipped the renewal, I deleted it from the computer that still works. The other computer it was on crashed. I dont have a computer to put your product on. Please refund my $45.18,I am on social security.

This was unplanned and puts my finances at risk. Thank you, Mitchell Weinstein 305-878-****
