Out of the blue, I received an email from Hallmark with a link to download the current version of Card Studio (I had purchased the previous version).

Downloaded and installed the product successfully. One has to wonder why it took months for this simple solution. A link was what I asked for.

Bought a nice bargain on Hallmark Card Studio 2014. Didn't try to load it until I needed to use it (was several months).

Wouldn't load. Used their website to ask for a link to download it. Got a robot response with a ticket number and another to create an account with which to track the ticket. After about one week, the ticket disappears with no resolution!

Did this 4 times and same result every time.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Because the company is in California, the complaint went to BBB Northern CA. Then got transferred to BBB Southern CA. No response from Avanquest.

I have ordered several software products. First problem and no help.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $9.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Geez - wouldn't it have been a lot faster by just calling them? I did and it worked out for me just fine. Not sure if you own a phone, but here is there phone number for customer service 800-395-**** - I spoke with a girl named Ruby and she was a sweetheart

I had a similar experience. I was shunted to Avanquest from the Hallmark site because my Hallmark Card Studio program mysteriously "expired".

Who knew? I wanted to know how this happened and why, after a year, it suddenly required a brand new purchase. I was caught in an endless telephone grid and told to register with Avanquestnorthamerica.com with my complaint. I was issued a "ticket" and in 7 days, it disappeared.

I issued another and it has now sat there for 8 days with no action. Someone needs to get to this rip-off outfit.
